An atomic bomb explodes in the mountains of Montana. But was there really a bomb? And was it really in Montana, or in Tokyo? Are Liz and Elizabeth the same woman, is she married with children, is her husband a spy?
Be prepared for a story created by multiple authors that goes in multiple directions. Chapters 1-5 are fine, 6 has poor audio quality, the change in audio quality during 7 is more distracting than the cat and closing door, you get used to the reader of chapter 9 (I've heard a lot worse), 10-12 are fine but the difference between 12-13 is jarring, 14-15 are fine, 16 is annoying, 18 is dreadful, 19 and 20 round up and resolve the story to a reasonable degree.
A very interesting book. During the reading of chapter 7, there was a door closing in the background and a cat screeched, very distracting. The reader that identified himself as Smokie B, sounded drunk, and detracted rather than adding to the story with his screaming and off tune singing. It would be a benefit to have someone else reread those chapters.
